Funeral Hymn Suggestions
If you're reading this, you may have experienced recently a death among family or friends. You wish to remember, to memorialize, the one who's gone. Perhaps you want to celebrate a life.
I am sorry for your loss, and wish to be of service here. My suggestions for funeral music include beloved hymns and classicals that give voice to comfort and hope. I like organ or piano, not sad, but quiet and brightly alive. Here are a few suggestions:

"What a Friend We Have in Jesus," by Charles C. Converse
"In the Garden," by C. Austin Miles
"Beyond the Sunset," by Blanche Kerr Brock
"Precious Lord, Take My Hand," by Thomas A. Dorsey
"Whispering Hope," by Septimus Winner
"My Father Watches Over Me," by Chas. H. Gabriel
"Does Jesus Care When My Heart Is Pained," by J. Lincoln Hall
"No One Ever Cared for Me Like Jesus," by C. F. Weigle
"His Eye is on the Sparrow," by Chas. H. Gabriel
"Under His Wings I Am Safely Abiding," by Ira D. Sankey
"It Is Well with My Soul," by Philip P. Bliss
"Great Is Thy Faithfulness," by William M. Runyan
