Waiting well is a skill that supports appreciative listening.
Today I will try to be sure I listen to what the other person wants to say, rather than insisting on what I wish him or her to say.
Let neither fear nor shame keep us from faith and love, making a safe place for listening.
Will my legacy be that of bigotry, unforgiveness, and powerful accomplishments, or something about devoted listening?
